When you send a staffing request or an application, we receive what you enter: your name, contact details, facility or role, and any notes. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run and protect the site.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your request, evaluate an application, place and pay clinicians, and meet legal and contractual record-keeping duties. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We share candidate information with a facility only for a placement the candidate is being considered for, and with service providers that help us operate, such as payroll and background screening vendors, under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
